My name is David Singleton, and I am a writer currently based in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Test for Echo is the culmination of a nearly two decade long journey in online writing.

It is still only a partial repository of the writing I have been doing in a variety of areas: sports, politics, popular culture, fiction, and song lyrics. As I gather the fragments that are strewn about, I will bring more of them here.

My day job is in higher education and academic policy. Specifically, I work in transfer and articulation, common course numbering, and gateway course improvement. I also study student transitions and academic advising.
